Bodzin, Guy J and a whole host of others, we know you'll be
eagerly anticipating checking out this next gem..
Its Khen up next, the talented producer and DJ from Tel Aviv, who featured on the labels recent Sudbeats compilation, and fans of his work include Guy J and Nick Warren, and of course Mr Cattaneo.
Sense Of Time is a deep hypnotic little number, that gets under your skin, with its subtle warm melodic changes and wicked fx that add a trippy layer to this excellent track.
On remix duties we pop over to Madrid to see Luis Junior who runs for his own Mooseekaa label and has released on Bedrock and microCastle to name a few.
Luis remix adds some punch, but keeping the cool vibes and depth from the original, making the remix a spacious nice alternative mix.

German indie up and comers KEØMA, have been taking their melancholic sounds to festivals around Europe, and with their latest release, I had a last minute opportunity to add my remix to the package, which led to a studio session using a variety of hard to find analogue gear.

Handycraft return! Paul Ritch and Okain, who have not published together since 2009, are now back on the scene with the killer FILS DU 9 Ep, released on Quartz Rec

Four cuts of active basslines and surrounding notes filled with moving sensations. Each one of its musical textures is covered by the footprint that has characterised these two artists who, now together, have fully maximised their musical capabilities in order to create a dynamic-efficient techno with the most splendid house dyes.

This Ep integrates two Handycraft tracks, one masterpiece form Paul Ritch and a delicious Okain house track: a sonic feast of the most seductive techno!

Our next release from @morttagua and @solidame Morttagua and Solidame make their first appearance on House Machine with brilliant Techno Progressive title 'The Final Gateway' .

The Final Gateway is a 2016 version of Solidame first single 'The gateway' which was co-produced by Morttagua and released in 2014. This new version brings 'The gateway' emotional melodies and harmonies to the next level, joining a powerful groove on its sub tons, a fat moogy bass, and cryspy hat lines . 

This single really captures an emotive introspection that reflects perfectly its title, making the listeners emerge in a path through the final gateway!

Ryan Murgatroyd - Waking Up With Lucy (3 MIN SINNPET) - Get Physical

Special Music comes this time from Spanish artist Upercent who boasts previous releases on Sincopat, this one makes his seventh appearance on the label. With a sound full of emotion, he is an artist who uses analogue equipment to produce music which tells a story. Also featuring on the release are separate remixes from Third Son and David Keno, who both come with a proven musical pedigree and truly international fan base. 

The first track titled Pedres has a wonky groove and distorted synth stabs fused with a jazz piano, which make this is a distinctively individual piece of music. With the introduction of its grinding bass sound, the track plays on the element of surprise and has unexpected drops that would ignite a dancefloor with eruptions of energy. 

Next up is the David Keno remix of Pedres and starting with the addition of his own vocal sample, David tones down the originals experimental sound. Stripping away many of the originals melodic elements, he adds a raw funk to the bass and works in his trademark groove. Focused towards Tech House, this remix provides the perfect contrast for this already well rounded release. 

Track three on the EP is the original Cronopio with a slow building, mellow vibe and dramatic synth work. Understated with stripped back percussion, it’s the captivating and intimate lead vocal that breathes life into the track. Epic in every sense of the word, this progressive monster is tailor made for late nights and early sunrises. 

Finishing things off is the Third Son remix of Cronopio, which still centred around the originals vocal, is more up tempo with an added sense of darkness. Adding his own digital sounding melody, he uses the originals synth to add tension and give the track an overall cosmic feel. The Third Son remix provides a nice alternative for those who want to build dancefloor intensity.

The track "Blind" has emerged from a strong emotion of the break-up, wants to leave old crap, repression and blindness behind and looks hopefully into the future. "Blind" is the first track on which Dayne S sings personally, perhaps a reference to the future?
Sascha Braemer takes the positive view forward in his wonderful remix of "Blind" and leaves no doubt where the journey will go.
"Retrospective" is mysterious, interwoven and deep, but also hopeful.

People get very excited when a new Robert Babicz production lands, and when the music sounds like this, its no wonder why...

Roberts first release on his own imprint for a while packs a mighty punch and ticks all of the boxes, so lets get to the music.

'Stimulate' is a beautiful melancholic slab of musical deepness, showing Roberts emotional side, and even packs a saxophone in there, giving the track a sultry feel. Tasty!

Next up is 'Unity Of Kissing' and pulls at the heartstrings with its impassioned heartfelt depth, while remaining a dance floor moment.

'Mindset' is a hypnotic workout with its subtleties bringing its strength. An elegant breakdown follows full of warmth.

The final original track is 'Seeking For The Horizon'. Analog deepness with mysterious layers is the way forward here. Giving the package a cool musical balance and twist.

Jerome Isma-Ae & Alastor remix 'Stimulate' and take us firml y to peak time melodic mayhem, as this punchy number works its magic!

And rounding off this fine release, another remix of 'Stimulate', this time Tvardovsky & Alex Kaspersky take us deep and deadly, with hypnotic overtones and cool growls, while cascading melodics integrate superbly.

Robert Babicz - Stimulate (Tvardovsky & Alex Kaspersky Remix)

Back again with another deadly package, its the mighty Sudbeat, and taking firm controls once again are label boss Hernan Cattaneo and studio partner Soundexile.
This time we are graced with Cityism, a deep hypnotic melodic housey tinged techster with layers of synths and sounds meeting fx and spoken vocal samples. The deep bass drives this along while the melodies tinkle brightly.
The seriously on form Pig & Dan step up with the first of the remixes, and strip things right back with an infectious techno groove that punches along, and then builds with drum fills and snippets of melody, and as the tension builds the melody develops - all the while keeping it solid and deep.
Richie G a definite rising talent on the scene is next on remix duties, and delivers a contagious number with distinctive pads, a moving tough yet profound bassline, vocal snippets and tight production that locks you right in. Another top remix.
To close the package is the Dub Mix from Hernan Cattaneo & Soundexile who utilse the main elements from the original, but strip things back and increase the intensity while taking us deeper with its driving, almost rolling bassline.

With regular warehouse parties in LA, a whole season of boat parties and club shows in Ibiza and a weekly radio show on key London underground station Rinse FM, we are delighted to welcome Doorly to Toolroom Records for his debut release, the almighty ‘Boom Boom Room EP 1’.

2.The Deepshakerz - Anymore // Preview

Bursting on the scene in 2014 with his critically acclaimed Bantwanas Piano on Defected records, a record described by Dj Mag as a towering achievement in modern house music, South African legend Ryan Murgatroyd has continued in fine form with over 100 releases to his name, spanning labels as diverse as Get Physical, All Day I Dream, Purified, Still Vor talent, This never Happened and his own imprint Swoon Records. A musicians musician, he is a true student of the craft, and much of his work is truly transcendent of the cliches of 4/4 music.

Paving the way for countless electronic artists in South Africa, he pioneered a fusion of African and electronic elements long before the Afro House trend began, releasing the Ikalimba EP in 2015 to massive support from Solomon and countless others, and continuing to forge new sonic ground and help to place south african electronic music on the global map.

Sharing the boiler room stage with Black Coffee, Satori and Blondish in Amsterdam in 2018 he had a chance to showcase his unique sound, and incredible live performance, to the world, and from there the gates were open.

His 2019 smash hit Wicked Eyes was voted Record of the Summer in Ibiza that season, and was played on dance floors around the world but a list of heavy hitters and top 10 regulars.

His label Swoon Recordings continues to set the standard for underground electronic music parties, and top shelf releases with artists like Cioz, Atmos Blaq, Corpino and countless other local talents unearthed. While Murgatroyd took up residence in Mexico City in 2022, performing at some of CDMX’s biggest club nights and continuing to push new boundaries in the live performance, his best work is still to come.
