MONA LISA - Ryan Chew ft. Brandon McCoy

Ryan Xavier Chew is an American christian/gospel singer, songwriter, and producer. Born in Silver Spring, MD, Chew’s interest in the music industry sparked at the early age of 2. As an active member in his school choirs, he was able to explore different aspects of music, leading up to his passionate attraction for the piano, songwriting, voice, and most recently, guitar.

In 2019 Ryan Chew released his first project ‘The Move’ under DMV worship collective ‘Unified’, in which he wrote & executive produced. Their album led to nominations such as Best Gospel Group and Best Gospel Song at the Washington DC music awards. His music has also been recognized by such christian/gospel greats, like Maurette Brown-Clark as well as other local, yet notable artists, along with national music-publishing houses as one to watch within the industry. Shortly after, in 2020, he released his highly-anticipated debut single ‘You’re the Same’ ft Makayla Leach that was also recognized within the DMV community.

Although Ryan’s music focus is Christian/Faith-based, he is gifted with fusing together multiple types of genres of music giving him the freedom to bring a fresh perspective to the music he creates as a songwriter and producer. Ryan says his goal for the music he makes is for people to be encouraged, and see Jesus for who He is.. the real Jesus.
