Happy April Fool’s day to everyone. I hope none of you have been tricked too badly! 

I’ve got a few facts for you that are NOT April Fools…
Properties are selling more quickly and for more money than they did last year. If you’re thinking of listing, spring has sprung and it’s time to do it. Don’t wait. 

There are some great financing options out there for Buyers. The Downpayment Plus program has started and this gives Buyers $6000 towards their downpayment. Ask me for more information and to get hooked up with a lender. 

Don’t forget to stop out to the Community and Business expo today and tomorrow.  The expo is at the State Line Ice Community and Expo Center or SLICE as many of you know it, in Monroe. I’ll be there from 2 to 4, today.
