Carrie Ann Carroll, a singer/songwriter from Austin, TX, writes songs about love, lust, hope and disappointment. Carrie considers herself a folk singer, but her pop sensibility and country instincts make a delicious mix of catchy, heartbreaking tunes. She got her start in the New York City area where she honed her skills as a performer and writer, but eventually, she planted her roots in Austin. Inspired by the melodies and honesty of songwriters from Hank Williams and Loretta Lynn to Todd Snider and Jack White; Carrie strives to write simple and sincere songs that pull on your heart strings and hopefully, make you tap your feet.

Her debut album hits stores on March 4th, 2014. It features some of Austin's finest including Redd Volkaert, Brad Rice, Will Sexton, Michael Hardwick and more!
