Darmec aka Stuart Skett, born Birmingham, UK, 1985.

Always a passionate music fan, Stuart's journey took him through a number of genres, until finally discovering his love for underground house and techno following frequent visits to the clubbing capital of the world; Ibiza.

His enthusiasm for techno drove him to start producing his own tracks in late 2011, and it didn't take long for Stuart to get hooked. Inspired by the driving, powerful, bass-orientated dance floor destroying tracks of his favorite producers, he always looks to produce an atmosphere and drive that will get you lost in the music.

To begin producing at the age of 26, you could say Stuart was a late starter - but he is well on his way to making up for lost time. Going from strength to strength, he is now releasing EP's on a number of well-respected labels and building a solid foundation for an exciting future in music production."

Köln ist Techno! Unsere neue technoide Partyreihe BUTAN MADNESS lädt Euch am Freitag den 29.08. ein, ein bisschen Kölner Luft zu schnuppern. Wir haben die angesagtesten Partyreihen der Domstadt eingeladen um mit Euch eine abwechslungsreiche Nacht zu zelebrieren: Affenkäfig, Drucklust & Dunkles Treiben. Als Headline konnte mit Sasha Carassi ein Mann der Stunde mit ins Boot geholt haben. Auf seinem Label Phobiq erscheinen gerade in der letzten Zeit nicht nur Killertracks von ihm, sondern auch von vielen weiteren angesagten Produzenten. Mit MDS kommt ein weiterer hochkarätiger Italiener vorbei. Seine Releases auf internationalen Labels wie Trapez, Alchemy, Respekt oder Kombination Research sprechen eine eindeutige Sprache und wir freuen uns sehr, ihn zum ersten Mal im Butan begrüssen zu dürfen. Support kommt in dieser Nacht von den 3 Aushängeschildern der Partyreihen: Erixon, Tommy Libera & John Porno begleiten unsere beiden Headline durch die Nacht. Auf den Nebenfloors gibt es dann die volle Power der Resident-DJ's. Affenkäfig im Brauherrn, Drucklust in der Räucherkammer & Dunkles Treiben im Keller versprechen nicht nur einen Vollabriss sondern vor allem eine Nacht, die vor dem Morgengrauen nicht vorbei ist. From the moment his spaceship crashed on our little planet, Björn Torwellen was excited as well as inspired by its musical variety and looked deeply into each genre to expand his musical talent. In his youth then then discovered his fascination for electronic dance music.... Which was called "Techno", where he finally found his home. Getting more and more into it, he became a real "Techno-Punk" and started to spin records as well as first steps in producing own tracks. It became a passion. He lives Techno. His sound is dirty - His Techno is minimal.

I have since then tried myself on several generes of electronic Techno Music. Since 2021 I set myself a certain standard and i find my own style in the hard techno \ industrial techno area.  But i am also Home at many other Techno sub - Genres.
