This is a great song Ryu! I think of music from the sixties while I listen. I hear the beautiful chord progressions and uplifting melodies.   Tough subject matter but it’s good to express it. Your singing has gotten stronger over the years!

Regarding the street performer begging in the song, I would drop some money in their can.  And then I’d say it is just as easy to drop their burden of guilt, and ease the influence of memories.  And be free of that going forward.  Memories can be beautiful, but they can  be machines for guilt and preoccupation.  Why must the past hold onto us?
