25th episode of Re:Search covers Amsterdam based producer, DJ & sound designer Elisa Batti.

In her projects she always likes to push and expand the boundaries of the contemporary music, trying to assemble it into multidisciplinary projects. 

Elisa Batti has been working as a sound designer and tech developer for many art installations and theatre pieces since 2007. Her works have been presented worldwide (Palais de Tokyo, Taiwan National Theater, Ballet National de Marseille, Kinetica Museum London, Helbphilarmonie Hamburg,…). Since 2015 Elisa Batti slowly but persistently stepped into the techno environment as a producer and DJ which lead her in 2018 to create her own label, together with her colleague Cyb: Immaterial Archives. Her DJ sets are always pure-bred techno.

Back in 1997, https://www.soundcloud.com/damagemusicberlin performed for the first time in Berlin’s most cherished vault under the alias DisX3. The energy of his debut live act at Tresor.Berlin (OFFICIAL) was such that in 1999 he would release two powerful techno EPs on the club’s label.

Since then and until today, a never ending stream of creativity, backed with releases on the most important labels like Kanzleramt Music, Tronic Music, ODD / EVEN, Mute Records... and performances on major festivals such as Awakenings, Time Warp, MAYDAY Dortmund and I Love Techno , have granted Alex an undeniable master status.

In 2009 his own label Damage Music Berlin was born.
