I've been collecting records from record shops in the UK London and elsewhere and Discogs, I have a huge record collection tape packs, and CDs. I love music, collecting tracks, and DJing. Influences include all garage crews from the 90s onwards and grime crews and dubstep crews from 2001 onwards sidewinder tape packs and pirate radio. BEHOLD!! My crazy demo page! Here you will find an ever growing list of songs that I love to play. Some are originals but most are songs by other artists that I’ve put my own spin on or put through my musical “meat grinder” if you will. I’ve written some instrumentals as well. I play mostly Blues Rock but I love to venture into heavier territory now and then. I love to write original music but I also feel called to preserve the music by as many artists as I can that I grew up listening to and learning from. So I record covers. I don’t sell them. I do sell my own music. They’re just here to stream. All of these songs were recorded in GarageBand on my iPad. All guitars and bass guitars are done by me. The drums and percussion are loops that I’ve edited and manipulated. I truly hope you enjoy! 

Josh Parks
Born in Phoenix, Arizona, Josh began playing the guitar at age 13.  Josh’s family raised him on music by Cream, Eric Clapton, Santana, Jimi Hendrix, and The Doors, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, and Ten Years After just to name a few.  When he was 15, he heard Stevie Ray Vaughan for the first time.  Josh was inspired by Stevie's guitar licks and on that day Josh knew that he was born to play The Blues. By the time he graduated high school and moved to Prescott, Arizona, with his family, he had played in several blues bands.  At 21, Josh moved to Austin, Texas, to pursue his musical career. There he joined the Austin based blues/rock band The Big Nasty.  With them, he recorded his first album and went on his first tour of the Northeast coast of the US.  After two years in Austin, Josh moved to Kansas City where he formed several bands of his own over the years.  In 2015, Josh attended the King Biscuit Blues Festival in Helena, Arkansas.  He instantly felt like Arkansas was home and after a few months he moved to North Little Rock, Arkansas.  In 2016 he established the Josh Parks Band and he was also chosen as the front man for the Michael Burks Project Band which works to help keep Michael’s musical legacy alive.  He has been fortunate to play with many of his blues heroes including Michael Burks, Anson Funderburgh, Larry McCray (who nicknamed Josh “Buzzsaw”), Zac Harmon, and Walter Trout among others.  He and his well-seasoned band have amazing chemistry and it is enthralling to watch them feed off each other song after song.  Josh’s music reveals heavy Blues influence as well as Rock, Metal, 80s Hard Rock, Funk, and Soul but overall he describes the band’s sound as “Heavy Electric Blues/Rock.”  Josh sights his favorite band being Whitesnake, his favorite vocalist being David Coverdale and his favorite guitar players being Carlos Santana and George Lynch. With Josh’s explosive solos and rich tone and the blended talents of his band, The Josh Parks Band will mesmerize you to no end!
