Hello I am Sharmaine and I'm just a regular American-Filipino singer. I can sing in 9 different languages: Korean (Hangul), Chinese (Mandarin), Taiwanese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Tagalog, French(Francais), Italian, Latin, and of course, my main language is English. I am not a fluent speaker in 8 of those 9 languages, BUT it is extremely easy for me to learn the proper pronunciations of each language. The two languages which I am more familiar with and only know the basics of  in speaking are French and Tagalog. 

I was raised in Los Angeles, California then moved down to SoCal, where I now live in San Diego.

The music covers I usually make are a variation of love songs, alternative rock, pop, metal, and classic rock. I also have a penchant for doing Gothic Metal and Symphonic Metal Covers.

I can do male covers; I use pitch-change but generally I sing in a few octaves lower to create a more realistic male sounding voice then bring down my pitch by 2 to 3 octaves. My vocal range is Mezzo Soprano. I am still practicing different styles of music using a lower register of my voice to sing into the top of the male range.

Currently, I am a Senior in High School and I am aspiring to be a well-known musician even if only online...I would like to pursue many opportunities in music and am currently working on a huge project for my high school involving studio and live recording. I plan to create an album of my work from what I learn from my mentor.

I hope to be able to develop a music style which will be able to incorporate sweet love songs, passionate classical female vocals, and hefty electric and rhythm guitars w/ bass to create a unique style. Though I am a fan of EBM and R&B, I am not so sure I am able to continue into those genres.

It would be wonderful if I could gain encouragement from fans around the world or even passerbys. It would mean a lot to me.
