The only song within the soundtrack for my game "Beyond: A Flight & Exploration Simulator"

A song I'm currently working on, I'm simply missing a melody (possibly to be filled by vocals) and the drum part still irks me. 

version 0.7 of this specific track: I just wanna know how desensitized listening to this repeatedly has made me - and also gauge what's good and wrong with it - so don't hesitate to critique it (that's what i'd like)  :)

This is a track I'm working on currently - I'm conflicted about how it is right now, because I would like to add vocals, but also I just don't know how I feel about the instruments being used (if bass is necessary, if I'm using too much guitar):
