Little Pieces of the apocalypse

Speculum is an experimental rock band formed in 2003 in Lisbon that has only recorded one EP. Started by Baltazar Gallego aka RAZAT who was the vocalist and guitarist, João Romão Lead Guitar, João Pedro on the Drums and Adriano Leme on the Bass. They were influenced by bands like Tool, Deftones, System of a Down. They were playing together for around a year and then went separate ways, however this was the first Band where Razat and his bandmates recorded their album. They also organised Crash Festival in Lisbon inviting around 10 bands nationwide to play at the Festival. Razat's energy on stage and rehearsals was immense and his inventive yet disciplined musical capacity made this EP somehow a timeless piece of nu-metal experiment. After the band split up Razat started working a lot more in his electronic music production that led him to the giant name he became in so many scenes.

Dj G8n8r8t0r is an established DJ/producer whose journey through the underground music scene has made him a pivotal figure. With a passion for bass and intricate rhythms, he is a master of crafting immersive soundscapes, blending genres like Breakbeat, Psy-Breaks, Electro, Tech-House, Dubstep, Drum’n'Bass, Afro House, and Brazilian Funk into his electrifying sets.

His career began with a residency at the iconic Rhino Club in Southampton, where he helped elevate the local underground scene in the late 2000s. After spending two years in Portugal developing his home studio and collaborating with national artists, he returned to London, refining his production style and performing alongside renowned names like Rennie Pilgrim, Toronto Is Broken, Dj Catalyst, and Final Conflict.

Now based in Lisbon, Dj G8n8r8t0r is set to shake up the city’s vibrant scene. With appearances in private parties, clubs, and festivals, he is determined to electrify the crowd for seasons to come, delivering unforgettable sets with his signature double drops, unreleased tracks, and high-energy mixes.
