POWER SUFF GIRLS @ OBJEKT KLEIN A / VIRTUAL.CLUB / NEW YEAR'S EVE  2122

Als Teil des Dresdner Kollektivs Palais Palett - mittlerweile im Club Objekt klein a beheimatet - prägt Emil aka Harry Hancock seit 2015 den House- und Discosound seiner Stadt. Über Umwege hat es ihn mittlerweile in die kreative Hochburg Berlins verschlagen. Unser gemeinsamer, kreativer Austausch fand bei der 2018er Veranstaltung der aenigma-Reihe unseres Mitgründers Monsieur Hibou seinen Ursprung. Hieraus entwickelte sich unter anderem Harry Hancocks Remix des durch aethernal in 2020 veröffentlichten Ambient-Outros ''Among the Clouds" der Lucid Echoes EP. Wir freuen uns sehr, Harry Hancock als ersten Gast unserer Podcastreihe begrüßen zu dürfen.  Er eröffnet die Reise mit sphärischen Synthmodulationen, psychedelischen Impressionen & nuancierten Einsätzen diverser Acid-Lines. Dabei dringt er in die weiten Tiefen der warmen und dezenten Sektionen des House- und Techno-Genres vor. Trotz pandemiebedingter Abstinenz besticht er durch die entfachte Leidenschaft für das Tanzen und Fallen lassen.  Dabei ist sein Mix weniger konzeptuell, sondern als impulsiv-spontan gemixte Jam zu verstehen; immer mit Blick auf die lang und sehnsüchtig erwarteten, ekstatischen Clubnächte.

As part of the Dresden collective Palais Palett - now based at the club Objekt klein a - Emil aka Harry Hancock has been shaping the house and disco sound of his city since 2015. Via detours, he has now moved to the creative stronghold of Berlin. Our common creative exchange found its origin at the 2018 event of the aenigma series of our co-founder Monsieur Hibou. This evolved into, among other things, Harry Hancock's remix of the ambient outro ''Among the Clouds" from the Lucid Echoes EP released by aethernal in 2020. We are very happy to welcome Harry Hancock as the first guest of our podcast series.  He opens the journey with spherical synth modulations, psychedelic impressions & nuanced uses of various acid lines. In doing so, he penetrates the vast depths of the warm and subtle sections of the house and techno genres. Despite pandemic abstinence he captivates with the ignited passion for dancing and letting fall.  Thereby his mix is less conceptual, but to be understood as an impulsive-spontaneous mixed jam; always with a view to the long and eagerly awaited, ecstatic club nights.
