*** This extended version was not planned, rather, inspiration called for it, and I felt compelled to revisit this piece. I hope you will enjoy this new version. ***

A requiem for my sister Lisa, and 4th movement of a work I have planned to complete as I have time and inspiration for each part of my outline.

The title comes from my daughter, who heard me as I was playing with the initial melodic idea, and said it sounds like a mourning bird.

This piece is best heard through headphones or quality stereo speakers to hear all the details.

First Light

The very first instrumental I composed on GarageBand in April 2019. Inspired by Jack Pearson from This Is Us which airs on Tuesday nights (hence the title), though most of the show's music is a mix of classic rock and acoustic songs.

Inspired by the character of the same name in This Is Us. The acoustic guitar represents his humbleness, determination, and devotion, and could pass as a track in this show since it’s indie folk. Created in GarageBand. Dedicated to Milo Ventimiglia.
