Kontinum [Nebula | Leipzig]

Initially inspired by the subcultural scene of his hometown of Lübeck, the young artist was strongly influenced by the predominant sound of the Leipzig techno scene. Especially the infamous Institut fuer Zukunft and its hypnotic and dissociative sound significantly formed his distinctive style and quickly paved his way into the local scene.
In 2017 Kontinum co-founded the project @nebulakollektiv and, after organising their first raves, the collective quickly found its way into Leipzig's club scene and managed to establish its own event series at Institut fuer Zukunft.
In addition to managing most of Nebula's musical affairs, Kontinum continues to steadily enhance his own remarkable sound which can already be listened to on his releases on labels such as The Gods Planet, Lowless, Fur:ther Sessions and Agos.

YUTA is a DJ / Organizer / Label A&R based in Japan, starting his career in 2004.

His visions are transformation from Retro Goa Trance under the legendary MATSURI label, to the one and only Psychedelic Techno project Liquid Drop Groove.

YUTA has started Agaitida in 2015, based in Okinawa in world heritage village. The theme is bridge to Southeast Asia.

Psychedelic Techno label Liquid Drop Groove was established in 2016, the concept is to create space and sound that ripple made by a drop on the surface. 

In 2021, YUTA has launched SPECTACLE, a techno festival with DJ Nobu. In the same year, he also launched the outdoor party EDEN. In both, the theme is clear.

His music describes as Psychedelic/Intelligence with build up and cinematic flow, performing at greatest festivals such as Ozora (Hungary), Modem (Croatia), Equation (Vietnam) etc. And he has started playing consistently in clubs in Asia and Europe.

YUTA provides mixes for London's NTS Radio, and wonderful maniac podcasts that reach a core audience around the world. He also runs on Liquid Drop Groove release and podcast, as well as one DJ mix a year on video.

We want to wish all of you a very happy new year. We are starting 2024 with a podcast by Joachim Spieth.

Joachim has been active since the nineties, when he started as a producer with releases on the Cologne-based Kompakt. Back then, he already showed signs of his modern-day deep and atmospheric sound, but this came to light from 2007. That year, Joachim founded his label Affin. Today, Affin's main focus is on hypnotic techno and ambient.

The recording contains both of these well-connected genres and shows Spieth's ability to create and release tension through music. Don't hesitate to check out the podcast to experience the tension yourself.

“An Unseen Balance Between Light And Darkness”

Host of the podcast series ‘Adjust (BE) Invites’, he invited numerous DJ’s and Producers to make a signature guest mixes, with over 130 episodes spreading over 2 years and reaching out to new listeners each month.

In 2023 he started a new and hypnotic/deep-techno-exclusive podcast called ‘Anhera’, which translates to ‘Darkness’ in sanskrit, and with every full moon or solar eclipse, a talented and highly respected DJ/producer creates a unique story.

His style of performing and producing can be described as a perfectly carved out balance between light and darkness, cheerful and melancholic, where he guides you through the various realms of underground techno music, where you’ll find yourself in the most disturbing, hypnotizing and captivating journeys and where there’s no time, no space, but only the low end frequencies, the screeching synths, the confusing percussive elements, which are surrounded by the most beautiful and enchanting ambient soundscapes.

And thus the pure reflection of his inner darkness.

With midwinter around the corner we can only dream of longer and brighter days here in the northern hemisphere. So to keep our fire burning this last of November we invited the extremely talented producer and superb dj Kontinum from Leipzig, Germany to the Navigare Audio podcast who'll serve us with a one our mix suitable for the dancefloors.

Kameu is one of the most active and hard-working technoheads in Lithuania. Having started his DJ career more than a decade ago he is constantly honing his mixing and selection skills within diverse venues and line-up contexts. This is clearly manifested in his affiliations with atmospheric and darker techno enthusiasts Black Wave. Thus, his sets could be heard in the wilderness of Lithuanian woods, among the concrete walls of underground nightclubs or even Boiler Room broadcast. Kameu’s own sets are as diverse as his activities ranging from functional techno madness to immersive deeper sounds or even ambientish pulsations, from old-school to cutting-edge tracks. He carefully merges the sensibilities required for both listening and dancefloor experiences.
