Panoptics is the virtual playground of @Hentopan108 (Be) and @Distalvision (Aus), in which they let their individual styles and inspirations collide into global creative collaborations. DistalVisions trance-inducing cold edged psy-tech style gets organically remixed into creamy lo-fi Tribal Bass by Hentopan and visa versa.

Dark Light is the second official EP of Panoptics in which they further explore and define their style of progressive dance and trance music for the global cyber-nomad generation.

Dark Light is a story of integration and balance, where dark and light meet, where life offers more than a single flat character story but is in fact a spectrum of multi-colored infinite light particles in which we navigate with an often confused or diffused mind. The album references tribal cultures and sci-fi movies and specifically the delusion of 'time' as a singular dimension, in order to create a timeless space for audio enjoyment and inner-space traveling.

This is Lorahn and today I finally felt the calling to share my set from last EDA with you (forgive me for the delay).  

It was such a beautifully packed Sunday Morning Dance in The Jungle in Amsterdam. Thank you all for coming!

This set is filled with organic gems, rare Indian tracks, folktronica and uplifiting rhythms to get you moving towards a natural state of pure ecstacy. 

I want to take this moment to share my deep gratitude and love for the Ecstatic Dance Amsterdam community for the warm welcome home.

Many indigenous Indians regard the root as a talisman and carry it as a fortune-teller and protective amulet. Also in no medicine bag it should be missing. The Osha root frees the body from toxins, mucus and flatulence. Hikers use the root to protect themselves from rattlesnakes and witch wounds.

There is something called Asthu. Imagine it like a Casper flying next to you. It's there all around us. It's like the Indian version of guardian Angel. 
However, the difference is the Asthu is slightly laid back but disciplined. And it doesn't have a judgmental ability of its own. Rather, it respects you so much that it leaves the job to you and doesn't question. It won't choose for you. It won't know whether you mean it or not. 
Sometimes you say things you don't mean but it will make it come true. E.g. You wonder what if someone steals your footwear from outside temple, Asthu will bring the attention of a thief to your footwear and it will be gone. Sometimes it will miss listening to you. 

So when you say something followed by tathastu, it means you have thought so much about what you are saying and calling the attention of Asthu to work along with you to make it come true. So, always be mindful of what you think and say. 
The literal meaning in English is ‘So be it' or 'apadiye aagatum' or 'apadiagapatathu' in Tamil.
