A Ray Of Light Came In

So, there is a story behind the song. It talks about a man who lost family, went to war to forget his sorrow and unfortunately lost his soul with the horrors of war, so he sometimes recalls being alive (The chorus).

This is a song I wrote with Rachel Goldie a few weeks ago. It's pretty much a total collaboration but Rachel wrote the music mainly and I wrote the lyrics mainly and I wrote the bridge. There was a lot of back & forth and it was an extreme pleasure to work with her on it. Check out her music here on SoundCloud and other platforms, she is truly amazing! Rachel also got an extremely good backing vocalist for this song as well. I hope everybody enjoys it.
