The debut EP from Safar, titled Nyatiti, includes three original tracks by Marcelo Cura and Mawe, as well as remixes by Ja Kub and Kali G.

The title track of the Ep "Nyatiti", rides on samples from the African instrument called the Nyatiti, along with African vocal chops, all embraced by warm, delicate pads and energised by a Minimal House inspired groove and bass.

The second release, "Mapenzi", boasts a beautiful saxophone played by Alex Bronson that stands as the fundamental element of the track as deep, uplifting, and warm synthesised melodies surround it while sitting on a relaxed groove.

A tool version of "Mapenzi" is also provided, taking the energy to a calm and relaxed space with more focus on the saxophone.
