Trance-sition 2021 (slow trance / chillgressive)

This Cosmicleaf episode features Sigesmundsen and his catalogue showcase. Claus Sigesmundsen from Copenhagen is also part of duo "Kill The Geek" together with his good friend Gitte Thuusgaard. Musically active since his childhood, in the early 90s Sigesmundsen started listening to chillout and movie scores, and began to compose electronic and classical tunes. Around '95, he discovered rave, and the electronic scene, mostly into psychedelic stuff, like T.I.P, Astral Projection, Man With No Name. Around 2000 he discovered progressive trance, played a bit as a DJ, but liked to compose his own tracks too much. Psy, full on, progressive, chill, ambient, classical, these are the genres he works with and composes today.

Argus - Closer To Heaven

My name is Taras Chypurka, from L'viv, Ukraine
I am chillout, psybient, psychill and chillgressive DJ and music producer. Focused at melodic music.  I am also Ecstatic Dance DJ.

From childhood I liked different types of electronic music.
Starting from Synth Wave, Techno and New Age in 90s then moved focus to Trance music (Progressive trance / Progressive house) , later to trip-hop / downtempo and finally arrived to psychill / psybient / chillgressive genres which are closest to me.
Because I'm looking in music for 2 main things -  1.The melody, 2. the ambiance. (atmosphere) So I'm trying to find those in modern electronic music and include them in mixes and also play at live events.   
That's why music I'm including is based on emotion and also has only soft sounds and rhytms.

Additionally I'm diving into world of Ecstatic Dance music where different rhytms, genres and emotions are combined into single music treatment journey.
I love this for ability to combine different music into one single piece which guides people through own emotions and different states of mind.
