What better way to mark the 20th anniversary of Tronic, his forward-thinking label, than creating a new artist album? Christian Smith stands out as one of the worlds leading exponents of inventive, diverse techno and Stranger Than Paradise continues his enthralling, ever-evolving musical journey with aplomb. The fact that Tronic is one of the Top 5 selling techno labels in the world is a mark of a man who stands for nothing less than pure quality. 
Having previously released benchmark, critically acclaimed LPs Omakase (2013) and Directors Cut (2010) Christian Smith is no stranger to creating supreme, danceoor orientated albums, that explore and showcase his diverse musical style. Both as a DJ and producer, he is always innovative and bold, a leader not a follower. 
Alongside the jaw-dropping excellence of the solo tracks, this new album also features dynamic, inventive collaborations with Wehbba (Christians great friend and regular collaborator), the New York based house music legend Cevin Fisher, long-time studio collaborator John Selway (of Smith &amp; Selway fame), and Christians childhood friend and hip-hop artist Arcturus Ra. 
The Stranger Than Paradise album project will be unveiled rst as four singles released at weekly intervals through the month of October, with the full album release following in the rst week of November on 12 vinyl and digital formats. An album remix pack will be released in December.

We like to think of ourselves of social chameleons here at Data Transmission; as at home in the glamour of Ibiza and Las Vegas as we are in a basement in Berlin. Well this week see us head to Berlin for ‘Glitz’ with an exclusive mix from Andreas Henneberg. Born in, loving and working in the pulsating German capital Andreas comes with quite a pedigree when it comes to electronic music as the founder Voltage Musique Records” in addition to being the mastermind behind his “The Glitz” and “Hennon aliases as he releases on some of the scenes hottest labels with the likes of IDEAL Audio, , Confused Recordings and Toolroom all housing his talents.

With 15 years experience behind the scenes Andreas is probably one of your favourite producers even if you don’t quite know it having had a hand in a plethora of classic productions from behind the scenes as as a producer, label owner, mastering-engineer and of course as a DJ. It’s his skills as the latter we’re showcasing today with his unique blend of techno and house refusing to conform to catergorisation as it’s too busy moving the dancefloor . Time to dust off the dancing shoes we think…

For the first time in four years, Markus participated in an extensive club tour of India; a country which holds sentimental bonds. 

The opening night of the tour was recorded for Global DJ Broadcast, live from the newly opened Kitty Su nightclub in Mumbai. The set features May's entry for Markus' 2015 City Series concept, dedicated to Mumbai, and named after its predecessive title, Bombay.

Saint Peter – Warsaw-based DJ and promoter, founder of the “mésalliance” music event series and co-founder of the “Znamy się z Techno” community.

Known for his incredible energy during performances, unique style rooted in diversity, and exceptional versatility, he delivers a high-octane blend of pumping groovy techno, hardgroove, and hard techno, typically ranging between 140 and 150 BPM. As he puts it: “No matter what you play, the most important thing in dancefloor music is the groove that keeps you moving.”

Although he debuted in 2007, his return to DJing in 2020 marked the true beginning of his career, earning him a nomination for "Discovery of the Year 20XX" in Munoludy awards curated by muno.pl. Since then, he has been playing regularly across the country, spreading his energy and passion for music.

He has performed in Poland's top clubs, including Smolna, Crackhouse, Sfinks700, Ciało, and Transformator, as well as at festivals like Wisłoujście, Sadzimy Techno Las, and Carbon Silesia Festival.
