Electronic music group, SoloWg have teamed up with Leonard Bywa for this hot new single on Soundplate Records. This is the first SoloWg single since their critaically acclaimed album dropped in May.

The track came together when SoloWg & Leonard Bywa were preparing their set for Dockville Festival in Hamburg. It was the night before the festival and after spending some time considering tracks and building a rough set list they felt like something was missing. A sleepless night in the studio later, Docks’ was born. 

‘Docks’ was the opening track of their set at the festival and when they saw the huge reaction it got from the crowd they knew it was only a matter of time before it had to be released. 

We are really excited to share this great track with you and also pleased to welcome Shacklo back to Soundplate Records who completes the package with a massive underground remix, made for the dancefloor.

Tonscheibensterne is the first release by german based techno live act Saite Zwei on his own label Free At Last.
The original mix belongs to the world of melodic techno and is characterized by its hymn-like main theme and the extremely varied and playful arpeggios.
Despite the technoid approach, the complex harmonies and song structures entail that no moment sounds like the other.
The original mix is joined by a highly sophisticated electronic garage techno remix by The Micronaut, as well as a massive Tech House version by DirrtyDishes.

Tonscheibensterne ist die erste Veröffentlichung des deutschen Techno Live Acts Saite Zwei auf seinem eigenen Label Free At Last.
Der Original Mix spielt im Bereich von melodischem Techno und zeichnet sich vor allem durch sein hymnenartiges Hauptthema und die extrem abwechslungsreichen und verspielten Arpeggios aus.
Trotz technoidem Grundansatz klingt, dank komplexer Harmonien und Songstruktur, kein Moment wie der andere.
Zum Original, gesellen sich ein hoch anspruchsvoller Electronic Garage Techno Remix von The Micronaut, der dem Original alle Ehre macht, sowie eine wuchtige Tech House Version von DirrtyDishes.

ZWAI ist die zweite EP des deutschen Techno Live Duos Saite Zwei auf ihrem eigenen Label Free At Last.
Das Original startet mit einem Mix aus organischen Synthesizer-Bässen, welche, von verhallt-perkussiven Elementen umspielt, den Zuhörer zunächst in einen Tropfsteinhöhlen-artigen Klangraum entführen. Im weiteren Verlauf, hellt sich die Stimmung des Tracks immer weiter auf, der Charakter wird zunehmend sonniger und freundlicher und gipfelt mit dem Hauptbreak in einer angezerrten E-Piano Linie, die einem klassischen Funk- oder Jazz Song entsprungen sein könnte.
Mit Dapayk Solo und Atlantik haben sich Saite Zwei, auch dieses mal wieder zwei erlesene Gast-Remixer eingeladen - und der Plan ging auf!
Dapayk – Urgestein, lebende Legende und Techno Superstar - hat sich überwiegend auf die sonnigen „cheesy“ Elemente des Tracks konzentriert und eine klassische funky Techno Nummer produziert, die wir in diesem Sommer bestimmt noch auf vielen Festivals hören werden.
Auch das Duo Atlantik sind sich und ihrem Stil treu geblieben und haben sich vor allem mit den deepen und düsteren Elementen des Tracks beschäftigt und ein massives Techno Club Monster erschaffen.

ZWAI is the second release by german based techno live act Saite Zwei on their own label Free At Last. The original version starts with a mix of organic synthesizer basses combined with reverberant-percussive elements and kidnaps the listener in a stalactite-like sound space. As the song progresses, the character becomes increasingly sunnier and friendlier and culminates with the main break in a distorted electric piano line that may have originated in a classic funk or jazz song.
With Dapayk Solo and Atlantik, Saite Zwei have again selected two exquisite remixers. - and the plan worked!
Dapayk – techno veteran, living legend and superstar - has focused mostly on the sunny "cheesy" elements of the track and produced a classic funky techno track that we're sure to hear at many festivals this summer. The duo Atlantik have remained faithful to their style as well, focusing on the deep and dark elements of the track and creating a massive techno club monster.

„Dieses Mal war es eigentlich ganz bunt“, sagen @saite-zwei, wenn sie über ihre neue EP „NXT LVL“ sprechen. Dieses Mal haben sie auf der EP einen Track, der komplett von ihnen beiden von Anfang bis zum Ende zusammen entstanden ist: „Soweit so normal bei uns. Was dieses Mal aber neu ist, ist, dass die anderen beiden Tracks im Prinzip fast komplett von jeweils einem von uns sind. Ab einem gewissen Punkt haben wir die Tracks dann dem anderen vorgestellt und dann natürlich noch zusammen alles ausgearbeitet, teilweise überhaupt erstmal brauchbare Sounds zu den Songskizzen geschraubt.
