life is a journey and music is my soundtrack to it ,i wrote this song traveling around south Portugal at the start of summer 2022 and at the tail end of a 2 year pandemic when travel was no longer possible or an option ..
I hope i have captured some of the energy and sights and sounds of this trip and found signs of life

This song is about that dividing line between reality and the in-between. That space where your chattering mind continues to chatter but that wise essence speaks just beyond the still harbor breathing; allowing your loud to be just a little bit softer now; floating down near that water line. You can paint your masterpiece from there too; perhaps along a quiet beach. Muddle the fresh mint leaves my friend; yes, Sugar and Lime, stirred easy.

U-Intermezzo

A trans-Pacific cooperation at it's best. Josh (Entheogenic Psychonaught) asked me if I was interested in working on a project together. I had a basic idea that he transformed with his amazing drum, bass, organ and guitar wizardry into what you can hear. Many thanks to Josh for giving me this opportunity and for all of his time spent on this. 
It's quite amazing what can be achieved through modern technology. I never imagined being able to work with someone on the other side of the world on a music project and that someone other than my family might hear the result (showing my age here).
