GARUDA - Blocking Out the Sun

The now immortal Garuda with his new friend from a high place fly into the god of the sky who wants Amrita, the elixir. Garuda explains his situation and promises to leave the elixir in such a way that after he gives it to the serpents and saves his mother that he will be able to retrieve it from them. In the end, Garuda become immortal, his mother was saved, Vishnu got a mount, the god of the sky got the elixir back and serpents from here on would have split tongues and would shed their skin. The mighty power of the immortal elixir, Amrita!

Amrita

Garuda took on the task of retrieving the elixir of immortality as the price for his mother's freedom. The problem; it was in the possession of the gods and protected by fire, spikes and poisonous serpents. The problem turned out to be to no problem at all for clever Garuda. He defeated the gods and snatched the elixir. On his way back to the nest, Garuda encountered Vishnu. They become partners with Garuda becoming his mount and Vishnu granting Garuda immortality. Clearly making new friends in high places.

In an attempt to free his mother from being a slave to her sister, Garuda ventured into the serpent's nest. Her freedom would not come easily.
