- We are not to speak about the differences that may have occurred between the companions nor errors committed.
- Some of the errors of the companions are forgiven for them while those same errors may not be forgiven for others who come after them.
- Any errors committed by the companions were immediately followed by seeking forgiveness and is also outweighed by the companions’ good deeds. 
- The companions of the prophet ﷺ are the best of the people after the prophets and messengers. 
- The nation of Muhammad ﷺ is the best of all the nations. 
- The year in which the 3rd generation of the Muslims came to an end.
