[13/10/2023] When Will The Aid of Allāh Come? - By Abu Khadeejah ‘Abdul Wahid حفظه الله. Masjid Salafi, Small Heath, Birmingham, UK.

- Understanding the cause for the humiliation of the Muslims and that which will bring about victory and the aid of Allāh.
- A ḥadīth that highlights sins people fall into, the result of those sins and the exit from the humiliation sent down upon them by Allāh.

- The necessity of ikhlāṣ and mutāba’ah.
- Imām ‘Abdur-Raḥmān as-Sa’dī (رحمه الله) on the two types of jihād.

They were afflicted with severe poverty and ailments and were so shaken that even the Messenger and those who believed along with him said, ‘When (will come) the Help of Allāh?’ Yes! Certainly, the Help of Allāh is near!” [Sūrah al-Baqarah 2:214]

4. How do we respond to those who belittle rectifying the ‘aqīdah  before dealing with the enemies, and they use the evidence that Ṣalāḥ ad-Dīn al-Ayyūbī was an Ash’arī yet he defeated the Crusaders and likewise the Ottomans defeated the Christians while being upon bid’ah?

– The narration of Abu Dhar رضي الله عنه: The Messenger of Allah ‎ﷺ commanded me with seven pieces of advice:
1. To love and be near the poor people.
– Traits of people of imān is that they have love for the poor people.
– The virtues of the poor people.
2. Look to those that are less fortunate and not towards those who have more than you.
3. To keep family ties even if they cut you off.
– Practice humility and do not react to evil with its like.
– Benefits of keeping ties of kinship.
4. Do not beg of the people.
– Dua of Imam Ahmad: O Allah, how you have protected me that my face only prostrates to you alone, protect me from not asking from others.
5. Speak the truth even if it may be bitter.
6. Do not fear the blame of the blamers by being on the Straight Path.
7. Increase in the statement "lā howla walā quwwata illah billāh".
