Helping people reaching their full potential is when I feel most satisfied. I've been fortunate enough to be able to do that both as a systems developer, project / product manager, musician / music-coach and friend.

Linda Lampenius practice seven hours a day, seven days a week, for seven months, then she records one album.
I practice one hour a day, practice+record+mix+master+photoshop+edit film+burndown takes about four hours from start to finish.
Linda sound great, I on the other hand .... have improvement potential :-)

I play a Yanagisawa A-992 alto saxophone - bronze body, brass keys, high F# key, goldlac lacquered finish.
I use the original handmade mouthpiece and original ligature.
I have a MeYer medium chamber 6 mouthpece and BG leather L12 ligature and shure, BG makes it easier to play low notes and MeYer makes it easier to play high, especially if equipped with Vandoren 2 1/2 french cut. But, those takes a lot of muscle to blow, I newer use them. Original equipped with Rico 2.0 (plain standard - no royal) makes the best compromise, easy and fun to play.
