Hungarian producer Ghost Warrior returns to re:st with an exceptional journey in experimental jazz and fusion electronics to mark his third EP for the Swiss based imprint. Over the course of seven tracks he moves away from the stripped down drum & bass efforts that we know from him and presents a new turn in his long going production career. The result is a warm collection of works mixing hazy jazz infused electronics, down tempo beats and organic instrumental jams all polished with his trade mark high end sound design. An exciting new chapter for a producer that has been pushing boundaries since he emerged.

@syzuk didn’t just get the Blurry concept, he proper took it and made it his own. Beyond his usual go-to sounds, he brought a fresh twist to his style, mixing in house and garage tracks from the likes of Klon Dump, INVT, MJ Cole and Carpainter—all while keeping those UK bass broken rhythms and hypnotic, loopy drums that make his sound so unique and interesting. With tracks from techno producers like Polygonia and Bambounou also in the mix, Syz blends any club genres boldly but somehow keeps it all flowing and making sense. The perfect selection for a peak-time set that kept everyone locked on the dancefloor from start to finish.

The talented Data B is back with another EP of cosmic beats. He starts this new installment with the relaxing space journey of Probe as delicate pads and classic beats meet soft keys. Radius continues the journey through space with more crisp breaks, graceful melodics and elegant pads, perfect listening for those Sunday afternoons as you drift closer and closer to Mars. Tethys keeps the silky smooth melodics and sprinkles them with chopped break work and exquisite amen edits. Eschaton takes up the remix duties next on Vacuum; a dark descent into foreboding sounds as the grip of a black hole appears to take hold. The EP ends with the original version of Vacuum, a similarly tale of drums grabbed by gravity as kicks and snares battle to escape. This is another fantastic addition to Data B's musical catalogue, just one of many more.
