Anita writes: ‘Vespers’ is the second collaborative single from this project and a special one as I loved being able to team up with Ben and incorporate soundscapes and meditative elements that we often use in our work as Salt of the Sound. Inspired by the first moments after sunset, with Vespers, I wanted to capture the calming peace that comes with the nightfall, lifting up the voices that belong to the twilight hours - be it in a whisper, a prayer, or the sounds of nature that rustle through the night.

Salt Of The Sound is the award-winning musical collaboration of husband and wife duo Anita and Ben Tatlow. Their aim is to create songs that encourage spiritual reflection both in church environments and in times of personal quiet, while also exploring musical styles and expressions that bring a freshness to the Christian and ambient music scenes.
