In 2020, I started creating edits. The goal? Releasing tracks and making mixtapes of songs I love! My aim was to grow as a DJ/Producer. Now, halfway through 2023, with 7.5k followers on SoundCloud, tracks spreading worldwide, and even two original releases.

It's time for the next phase of this adventure, the next step that aligns more with the sound I want to create with "my" music!

Alongside ijskouwd, I'm starting a new alias. With this, I will continue producing and represent a different sound as a DJ. I will be known as DISSO.

Born and raised in Germany, with roots in Ghana and Togo and always immersed in Afro music, she found peace and sense of community in exploring all kinds of sounds and rhythms of the broad african diaspora - baile funk, hip hop, amapiano, house and more. T's new found love of DJing stems from their experience of being a black queer person in the diaspora without a real safe(r) club space where you get back to what partying is actually about – dancing and a liberating time in community. In 2022 she made it to her mission to close that gap and eventually create the space where especially marginalized people of all ways of life can come together and forget about life for a while. Now on a mission to bring the spice of her culture to their fellow queers and music lovers, Trigger T will make sure you'll leave the dance floor drenched in sweat.
