My father grew up on the Vistula river or Die Weichsel as they called it. He and his family fished, played, and boated on the river all throughout his childhood. He asked me to write a symphony in the style of Beethoven, Mozart, Haydn, Brahms et. al. about the river. This is the first movement. Its MIDI using Vienna Symphonic Library.

Sasquatch Returns To The Sea

These songs were made during a 12 hour and 8 minute span. With some light editing during mixdown (less than 30 mins).

The goal was to write 20 songs in 24 hours as part of the Immersion Composition Society game. 

I hadn't done this before, and was curious about how quickly I might be able to write a 2 minute song with multiple tracks. I wanted to get it under 2 minutes but did not accomplish that. My techniques included recording at a very fast tempo, then slowing it down to a "normal" tempo; cutting and pasting a lot; and not writing lyrics since that is a weak point for me.

The songs are titled like this:
Song # RecordingStartTime-RecordingEndTime (TotalTime)

Time is in military since I thought I might go over the 12 hour mark.. which I barely did (dang it!)
