an experience of being in process. nothing rehearsed. breath and sounds and rambles: some sacred, some raging, some channeled, some nonsense, some pieces to refine later, some that should be lost forever. all therapeutic for me and potentially entertaining for you. 

oh, sounds of crying sobbing will likely be frequent. + i have ample joy.
