"a pop/sound art album written and recorded while on spring break. the original idea for the project was to set every project and obligation i had aside and just write and record music constantly. there would be no rules and no limitations, beyond the time-limit.

"A lot of the music I've loved the most in my lifetime was music handed to me by friends, found on strange (and mostly now-defunct) blogs, or stumbled across mislabeled on some p2p program. I find myself listening to (and coming across) songs & records like these less and less as I get older. It's convenience, it's laziness, it's the state of the music industry, it's a lot of things.
I've been thinking about this a lot lately.
