We created the Kashay Salon Podcast in an effort to share with you our passion for music and blessed sonic journeys, with no borders and the inclusion of all ethnicities and walks of life. Each episode features various artists curated for their embodiment of the ideals of the Kashay Salon, embracing as we do different cultures and peoples from around the globe.

We focus on the diverse and multicultural sounds of organic house, downtempo & slow rave, deep tech, and groovy world rides. Come join us as we set out on melodious musical expeditions. And this episode is presented by @yondertapes. Enjoy it friends.

My name is Yarden aka Yonder, ever since I was a small child I've been a passionate explorer and collector of deep and unique music, I started my DJ'ing career at age 17 and went through a long and amazing journey that took me to where i am today. This journey took me through the roughest and darkest corners of nightlife scene in Tel Aviv where I grew up and developed, after having a serious hearing problem I had to choose a new and more aligned path for myself and a fresh way to express my love for music and the dance floor. That's how I discovered the Ecstatic Dance movement that was in its early days here in Israel, in the last 4 years this journey had become a quantum leap of transformation and healing. I started evolving in the spiritual community as a cacao ceremonies holder, many conscious parties and festivals all over Israel and of course countless ecstatic dances all over the country. One thing that was with me all along is the "yondertapes" project that is basically my evolution through music archive. So far, I've curated hundreds of sets for different radio stations and on my personal Mixcloud and SoundCloud pages. My current musical passion is the alchemy between organic world tribal electronics, deep tribal and ethnic vibes and medicine music. Guided by the infinite connection to divine creation and to the great mystery. My transmissions are heart based, full with the purest intention and prayers for light and healing to all beings.

Here and there we hear of reports that what Ohxalá (@ohxala)has been producing is having an active input into electronic downtempo scene. The musical project of the Portuguese duo Maria & Luís is part of Casa Caos family and works under an incessant search for ways of expressing themselves through world-global music. 

The 99th edition is a heartfelt introduction to Ohxalá's vision, which includes their own way to collect and select references. You will not find that much mixtapes digitally avaliable out there. Having said that, we are more than happy to host one of the primary Ohxalá's jam-session.

Der Geschmack des Sieges

Er liegt bittersüß auf der Zunge.
Zu Beginn warm und zart wie schmelzende Schokolade im Mund, im Nachgang etwas metallisch und staubig. 
Denn eines hat jeder Sieg gemeinsam, ein Kampf ging im voraus. Ob in der Schule mit dem Lehrstoff, im Beruf mit dem Vorgesetzten oder auf dem Kriegsschauplatz mit dem Feind. Ein Sieg muss meist hart erarbeitet werden und brauch seine Vor- und Nachbearbeitungszeit. Denn ein Gewinn bringt auch Verantwortung mit sich. Und sei es nur das zerschreddern der Lernzettel, die tröstende Hand nach dem Streitgespräch oder das bergen der Toten von Schlachtfeld. 
Die Dualität ist charakteristisch für den Sieg. Wo einer gewinnt verliert der andere. Doch auch wenn der Nachgeschmack des Sieges einen Hauch Zynismus in sich trägt, so ist das Gefühl des siegens einzigartig und heroisch schön. Neue Kraft durchströmt Körper und Geist, motiviert und stimuliert.
Jeder brauch ab und zu diese Energie. Im besten Fall kann er diese dividieren, denn dass Glücksgefühl von Erfolg vervielfacht sich, wenn man es teilt.

Wir bedanken uns bei Andi für diesen zweistündigen Podcast, der angenehm innovativ aus der Reihe tanzt.
