In 2021 we will present the series »Unpublished Reports from Level 23«, which is based on the 2020 series »The Untold Stories of the Sinking Sea!«. The number 6 in this year and number 136 since the beginning in 2011, is from a young sailor, who has grown dear to my heart as a friend - AND - I think he is a talented producer and an upcoming artist: https://soundcloud.com/ouhana .

Our common history is still quite young and fresh and began on the roof of a rather tall skyscraper. I'm still very grateful for the weekend, the two-day birthday party and the encounters - because, among other things, I got to know this young sailor. He played his set right befor me and unfortunately I wasn't really able to perceive his set until the end. But, above all, I remember him with his open and very loving manner. Yes, well, it should take a while, he sailed out to sea, I stayed on land - only none of the other knew that and so it needed the Mannheim collective https://soundcloud.com/slowbar and Wiesogeradeschräg again to bring us on a Festival together. The hair was blowing in the wind, we laughed, had a casual time and played music together - this is how it feels when sailors are free and can do what they want: making music. Music, we process feelings and thoughts and can communicate through them - share them with you and dance to them. Sometimes a sailor has to go out to sea alone before he knows exactly where the journey should go - Richard aka Ouhana his journey to the sea should reflect exactly that and I think he has found the right tracks to capture this mood and make it audible. Once Upon a Time

There is a certain light, that comes with the first snow. Subduing and dimming the sun, it makes the things closer to you stand out with a poignant clarity. In that whiteness, colors find a new context, almost a new meaning. There is also a certain sound, or rather a quality of sound, that envelopes the crow’s song as well as the car speeding in the invisible distance, placing them next to each other, while keeping them forever apart.
Have you ever listened to the snow falling from heavy, flocculent clouds? It’s a soft, incessant tingling at the edge of your hearing, that plays atop your crunching footsteps and the occasional brittle twig breaking underfoot. Now, if you take off your mittens and extend your palm to face the cloudy sky - can you feel the tiny crystals from the heavens turn to water where the world ends and you seem to begin? And if raise your gaze from this miraculous, pinkish-beige transformer, do you see that glow coming through the trees, promising softness and warmth and a place to calm down and cuddle up?

"L.S. in Wonderland" is me telling a story. My story of finding wonderful inspirations in electronic music.
These are songs that have accompanied me over the last few years and songs which I just found days ago. Mixing those tracks, blending them together, showed me that there are a lot of similarities to the music that I was listening to, all merging into a very personal sound journey. 
I'm understanding a little more each day, which elements in music I love.
I feel like I've found a path that I want to continue after experimenting with so many different sounds of music over the last 10 years.
Almost feels like Arrival.
