Pakkafella Biography
Pakkafella is simply a down to earth, cowboy boot wearing, extremely talented producer who enjoys the fact that he is also a very talented hip-hop artist. His unique approach to the hip-hop scene is that which many of his peers as well as other hip-hop artist can definitely appreciate. This is because, Pakkafella only performs with his band, giving his fans and audience a full fledge show that is more than just entertaining; it is memorable. 

Calling himself the “New face of Music” Pakkafella describes himself as a laid back yet hard working producer and MC that absolutely loves performing and seeing the crowd move to his music. His new album which he is currently working on is simply called “Grammy Music”. A title which not only is the name of his debut album as a solo artist but one that also represents the make-up and description of the style of music that is on the album. For the debut album Pakkafella has enlisted features from the ever so talented El Debarge, plus PackPistol, G-Principle and the sultry sounds of female R&B artist Laurie Moore of the X-Factor. The first single, which is titled “Black Ivory” is due to be released sometime before the end of this year and will also have a video to go along with it. Pakkafella is signed to PackLife Records which is an independent label out of California that is currently seeking national distribution.

With lots of performance experience under his belt, Pakkafella is by no means just another hip-hop artist when he is on stage. Having opened up many shows for artist such as E-40, DJ Quik and Too Short to name a few around the Los Angeles and Southern California area, Pakkafella admits that the live band is the only way to go for him when he performs. “With a band you get a whole experience” he states and for him there is no other way to perform. When performing live, fans can expect to see Pakkafella with a bass guitar, rhythm guitar, keyboards, trombone, 2 trumpets, drummer and percussionist. At times his performances may also include special guest such as PackPistol, G-Principle and often times his background singers. 

As a producer and keyboardist, Pakkafella records all of his instrumentals with live instruments so what you hear on the record is exactly what you will hear when he performs. “I would love to open a show for The Roots, The Gap Band or Parliament” says the young artist that admits he would most definitely like to record a record with any of the artist from TDE. “There is nothing like a live band performance and that is me, that is what I am all about a complete musical experience and I know these cats can relate to that” he added. The new album “Grammy Music” is like a live award show coming right through your speakers and it is coming soon. Stay tuned.
