An occassion is something that happens at a certain moment in time and is perceived as a change in the state of the world.

In an era of excess and overabundance, it can be difficult to focus on internal processes, states, and reflections — it’s easy to overlook how you suddenly find yourself at point B, having barely noticed point A.

Launching a new series of compilations, Zero Condition uses musical sketches as events to reflect on how the label itself can become an independent event. It takes on the task of expressing a state of transition — a brief passage from “yesterday” to “tomorrow.”

Each track is almost an accident in the endless and lightning-fast metamorphoses of contemporary electronic music. United together, they form a narrative of what is happening in music — here and now.

Lonely Miller

My closing set at the Cedar Lounge late Sunday night/Monday morning at Shambhala Music Festival in Salmo, BC. Re-recorded from my serato history at home away from the dust; a few mistakes here and there but that's part of the fun. Big thanks to the Grove stage for having me out and everyone that made it to my set at 3am on Sunday night when there was so much other amazing stuff going on. Felt real nice to get to bring the chillest stage at Shambhala from deep dancefloor energy down to straight up ambient just in time for Monday morning. Lots of my favorite tracks and plenty of vinyl only rips in there. Hope you enjoy and thanks for listening.
