Born Samson Godwin Udofia from Ibesikpo-Asutan LGA of Akwa-ibom state, Nigeria.

Sammie Geezy is a worshiper/ Gospel Reggae singer who started his musical journey in his teens as a choirmaster, music director and a tonic sol-fa music composer in his church. He also dedicated himself to teaching other church choirs within his reach.

He is the vice president of Peculiar Priesthood Voices int'l a chorale choir and also the general choirmaster of Akwa Praise International. With his ability to compose classical songs, he delved into writing contemporary music. He wrote his first song in 2008 titled "Grass To Grace" and other songs. In 2021, he did his first studio recording with the songs he wrote down in 2008. An album titled "Grass To Grace".

He is an extraordinary singer/songwriter who takes great pride in writing soul lifting songs, that also comfort and encourage God's people to move on in their services to God through his gospel reggae songs, he passes strong messages to his listeners.
