A globally respected and highly accomplished artist, label boss at the seminal Hot Creations, founder and curator of the worldwide Paradise event series and member of cross-genre band Hot Natured, Jamie Jones has achieved iconic status in the electronic music world. A trendsetter and seasoned tastemaker, the Welsh dance music superstar pioneered his own distinct sound, drawing on his deep knowledge and experience to cultivate DJ sets that weave through a range of diverse, complementary styles selected to energise and enchant the dance floor.

Stu Laurie is a DJ & Producer originally from Glasgow, Scotland. With a strong  musical back ground he has over a decades experience in playing out as a professional DJ in many different venues across the world.
Stu has been a resident DJ for club brands such as Pacha & Cafe Del Mar but has also served his time on the underground scene.
As a resident DJ to many different venues his music style is not limited, he has played and produced across most genres of House music or you can find him going back to the more original sounds of Disco, Soul and Funk.

Matthew Charles, DJ, Promoter and now Producer. Matthew's relationship with electronic music is over 2 decades old but his professional DJ career really took off when in 2004 just after moving to Dubai from Scotland he won a global search fro DJ talent, Heineken Found @ Thirst. Paul Oakenfold and Danielle Davoli selected Matthew as the winner for the GCC which opened many doors for him in the region. This led to him holding down residencies at not one but two DJ Mag Top 100 clubs, 360 and Trilogy which gave him the opportunity to display his talents alongside many of his heroes such as Sasha, Jon Digweed, Steve Lawler, Nic Fanciulli, Yousef, Booka Shade, Dubfire, Ame, Dixon, Henrik Schwarz, Claude VonStroke, Dan Ghenacia and the list goes on.

In 2006 during a chance conversation with Pete Gooding, then Cafe Mambo resident, at 360 in Dubai Matthew learned of an opening on the Mambo roster. Deciding immediately to go after the exclusive residency he contacted friend and long time Ibiza connection, Charlie Chester, who made the introduction to Mambo owner Javier Anadon. After a short meeting in San Antonio's Villa Mercedes Matthew was offered the coveted residency where he has spent 3 full summers soundtracking the sunset and setting it up for industry legends such as Pete Tong, Deep Dish, Solomun, Guy Gerber, Roger Sanchez and many more. 

Back at home base in Dubai Matthew has dedicated his time to two things, developing the underground scene in Dubai and developing his production skills. In 2010 Matthew created a Facebook group entitled Dubai Underground Music Movement or DUMM for short. It was initially a place for like minded clubbers to discuss the scene in Dubai and beyond. 4 years later it has evolved into a movement with events, mixes, soon to be a record label and it's crown jewel the infamous boat party Never Get Out The Boat! Going now for 3 years Never Get Out The Boat has reached cult status. With around 12 parties a year each voyage is either at capacity or very close to it. The party attracts a rare breed of clubber in Dubai, somebody who is there for the music and not to be seen which makes for a pretty wild party out at sea.

The last 2 years Matthew has turned his attention to his productions. Like his DJ sets his tracks cover all bases from Deep House to Tech House to Techno but never deviating for from his love of the groove. Thanks to his dedication in the studio at the tail end of 2014 Matthew had his debut and sophomore releases on Dubai's very own own Infusion Records. The title track of his debut EP Out The Door quickly become Infusions best seller of the year. With 5 releases already lined up for 2015 Matthew is looking at a very big year ahead.

In February 2010 the Dubai Underground Music Movement (D.U.M.M) first started as a Facebook group. The group was an attempt to gather together the like minded underground electronic music fans of Dubai in one place to discuss music, clubs and anything else we thought was relevant. The original idea for the title of the group was, "If I have to play Steve Angello & Laidback Lukes Show Me Love one more time I might kill myself," but unfortunately it was too long for Facebook. 

The group was not formed to exclude people who enjoyed commercial music but include anyone who had an interest in underground electronic dance music. It wasn't compulsory to hate commercial music as god knows we like the odd guilty pleasure or two just as much as the next man or women.

We were talking House, Tech House, Deep House, Minimal, Techno the sort of stuff you might hear in Cocoon in Frankfurt, Panorama in Berlin, The Arches in Glasgow or Fabric in London. It was for sharing new tunes (links not illegal downloads!), videos, events, websites, news, mixes anything we thought would float the boat of the person next to us on the dancefloor. The next logical step was to gather these likeminded people in the very environments we were discussing to listen and dance to the music we were promoting, so Get D.U.M.M was born.

Get D.U.M.M is the banner we do our onshore parties under. The parties started in October 2010 in the then Dubai bastion of underground sounds Catwalk. With our founder Matthew Charles at helm we welcomed guests such as Subst@nce resident Steve Darley and Rich Showell and has some amazing nights there. However through our desire to find unique settings for our parties on October 2011 we set sail for our maiden voyage of Never Get Out The Boat!

With Sammi Adami installed as a Never Get Out The Boat resident alongside Matthew Charles it only took one party for us to realise we had discovered a little oasis of underground vibes in the desert. Since then we have had the pleasure to welcome aboard Julian Jinx, Rod Lee WInters and Rich Showell who all delivered killer sets. Moving forward we are not sure where this little adventure is going to take us but we are going to have some fun finding out, join us.

Hectik was originated back in 2009 based in Leeds. From throwing parties up and down the UK to hosting events in Ibiza.
