Sampatic is an independent record company and event organization located at the heart of Iran, Tehran. Focused on presenting the real underground sound from all around the world to make Tehran's music scene better and reacher.

Morteza Minouei is a versatile electronic music artist whose journey in the global music scene has spanned continents and cultures. He began his career in Tehran, where he honed his craft and gained recognition for his distinctive style.

In 2008, Morteza moved to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. During his time in East Asia, he held a residency at the prestigious Ministry of Sound's Euphoria and performed at renowned venues like Zouk and Roots. He also organized events featuring top-tier artists such as Dubfire, further establishing his presence in the region's underground scene.

In 2014, Morteza relocated to Minsk, Belarus, where he was active until 2017. During this period, he presented stars of the Russian underground scene like Anton Zap, Unbroken Dub, Tripmastaz, and others, playing a key role in bringing fresh talent to the Belarusian music scene.

In 2020, Morteza moved to Istanbul, where he has been presenting join.ibiza parties, showcasing top-notch international artists for the first time at the mysterious and leading venue, Sumahan. Collabdorating with Nima Gorji was a major highlight of his career, paving the way to bring rising stars like Tripmastaz, Havantepe, Olga Karol, Nu Zau, Octave, and others to the Istanbul scene, with some of them performing here for the first time.

Morteza has also been releasing music for over a decade, with tracks featured on various minimal music labels, spanning from South America to the Asian minimal scene.

In the summer of 2024, Morteza played on Ibiza Island, performing on PureIbizaRadio and at Analogic Bar for the NG Trax show. He also performed in Romania for the Resonance party at Matter Club in Cluj City and at Opus in Târgu Mureș.

In addition to his work as a performer and promoter, Morteza is dedicated to teaching the new generation of artists. With passion and a commitment to excellence, he mentors aspiring talents, guiding them to reach top standards in the electronic music industry.
