I don’t know where to start so I guess we’ll go way back. I was born in May of '91 to Rick and Clara, and even before I was born, I listened to music while my parents BLASTED old school hip-hop [before it was old school of course]. I had little toy instruments growing up and I was always musical, but never actually got into making it until my older cousin (and music mentor) came down one summer with FruityLoops, the rest is pretty much history and upgrades. In a comfort zone, I started with hip-hop beats, but it wasn't the only genre I listened to so I started researching. 
I figured I would attempt to capture what I wanted out of the other genres, as opposed to possibly just recreating the songs I liked. However, in my head, there’s all sorts of swirling ideas that collide, explode and sometimes just make a mess of it all. Even so, I loved just getting the feelings I had out: onto paper, or mixed down and on my iPod. I got some compliments here and there, but for a while my style was just constantly called “too different”. Pretty soon I started practicing more and more until suddenly, I was getting a good amount of positive feedback, unlike the "different" label I grew used to.
