Abyss Descender - Kaleidoscope Subscription Patchpool

From an album that I am still making. It's been a long time since 2011 - and a lot has happened.

Mortician's Wife

Ambient groove demo track using a Kaleidoscope preset from the patchpool subscription series - set no. 30 which processes all involved audio inputs (simple drum beat, white noise with filter/amplitude modulation, guitar feedbacks), in the middle part send automation to a second instance of Kaleidoscope with a different root note and then back to the first instance. Kaleidoscope is processed by MTurboReverb which has some side-chained ducking (via the hihat sound in the drum groove).

A single Kaleidoscope preset from the patchpool subscription series, input source is an isolated noisy transient texture isolated from a Nepalese bell - Kaleidoscope processed with some dynamics (Multiplicity)and reverb/delay (Diffuse/Breeze 2/ValhallaDelay).

Two patches from the patchpool subscription series - set no. 37, input source is am mixture of pink noise (Falcon) and stereo-phased ocean waves. Some volume automation in LogicX, some granular processing with GRM SpaceGrain, Breeze 2/B2 and Diffuse provide the ambient space.
