Composer, musician, producer, sounddesigner from Germany nowadays mainly working in the genres of orchestral and chamber music, film and theatre music, sound design, live-electronics and production music.

Iliyan Angachev is a Drum & Bass producer from Sofia Bulgaria. He also produces a variety of other styles such as Film scores / Soundtracks, Ambient, & Dubstep. Coming from a family of musicians his musical taste developed through out his youth. Although he does not play any instruments he is continuously inspired to experiment with sound design. The name “Equivalent” derives from his nickname which translates to having equal value and force. His inspirations include, but are not limited to, Teebee, Phace, Hans Zimmer, and Mayhem. Equivalent has won several remix competitions but his biggest accomplishment was his release for Mayhem’s now retired sub label “Aesthetics” back in 2008 with his track “Z-Point”.
