Livingston Paco Cooper was named after his late uncle who died in a car accident before Cooper was born. His middle name, Paco, is a city in the Philippines where his parents first met. Cooper, aka Livi.SoulCool is the youngest and only son of 3 siblings. His father, Earnest, met his mother while on vacation after serving his country in the US Navy. Livi.SoulCool was born in Baltimore, Maryland and raised in Ellicott City. Outcast by many of his peer, Livi.SoulCool never felt like he measured up to his upscale classmates. He found himself ridiculed and called degrading names which often took its toll on the Black and Filipino biracial youth. He found a temporary escape through music. Cooper loved singing to the girls. 
Livi.SoulCool started playing the Cello by the age of 8. His first recital still lays imprinted in his memory. Unaware of the proper attire etiquette, Livi.SoulCool showed up to his first orchestra recital sporting sweat pants and a dress shirt. Livingston was always popular but at times peers would tease him, calling him poor and being the son a drunk. He recalls a time where a close childhood friend gave him a complement saying “you do make patches look good”. Livi.SoulCool took the mockery to heart and begged his parents to let him quit music lessons. A family deeply rooted in Christ, his parents still in stored values and prayed for him. 
Later, Livi.SoulCool did find acceptance. Unfortunately though, it was by becoming a member in a gang. Even though he lived in the suburbs, the city boy in him still lived and he found himself often in trouble with the law as well as with his parents. Cooper lived a double; maybe even a triple life. However, all of their stubbornness in not letting him quit music eventually paid off in landing him a scholarship to Grambling State University. He also received special recognition as the Most Improved Student award upon graduation from Mount Hebron High School. 
At Grambling State University, now hundreds of miles away from home, Livi.SoulCool once again looked to music as a source of comfort and acceptance. Only this time, this source of entertainment eventually ended up costing him his scholarship. Against the fair warnings of his advisors, Livi.SoulCool began hosting parties in his dorm bringing a Baltimore flair to Norththern Louisiana which resulted in him losing his scholarship and being forced to move off campus. Livi.SoulCool still continued on with his never quit attitude and learned from his hardships. Cooper graduated from Grambling State University spring of 20012 with a BA degree in Business concentrated in Hospitality. Currently, Livi.SoulCool is a man of many hustles all while independently financing his music.

Da'wyz was born on March 1985 in Port-au-Prince Haiti after high school in 2005 he came in the United States to pursue his dream in becoming a professional musician. Growing up listening to various artists, Da'wyz got Influenced by the message they preached through their lyrics. His country downturn in politics and poverty made him realize that through music he can express his pain the rage about the injustice all around the world and his country. Inspired by the beauty of his culture, his music stay authentic and true to his culture. Da'wyz has a very unique and distinctive style.
