"Captain, we found them." Lt. Johnston alerted Vincent to the distress beacon signal that they had finally received from the crew that was supposed to land on Umbriel. Since they had not made contact, the crew thought the worst. Captain Mahoney knew, undoubtedly, that at least Vera was alive. He always felt when she was hurt or in trouble. A sibling connection, if you will.

Lost And Not Forgotten

Written 6/30 when I finally resolved that my long distance love hope had ghosted me & it wasn't ever going to happen, mostly because of my painful past which, apparently, makes me too "Hard To Love" & his pain. Lots of sharp glass shards for me still to sweep up, none of them his fault. This is just acoustic guitar and my vocals.

Succumb To The Monster Inside

Jeez, I wrote this FOREVER ago. Summertime, maybe? I have no idea.

I didn’t want to upload it at the time. I think anybody who’s anybody would know exactly what the hell I’m singing about (hence the name.) I don’t know. I figured I could die tomorrow, why do I keep waiting to release things?

It isn’t any good. But none of it is.

Samsara, award nominated singer-songwriter, sang backing vocals for the stars (Don Henley, Bryan Adams, Steve Winwood). She left music behind during a tumultuous abusive marriage to a man who wouldn’t let her sing. But music never left Samsara and she returned in 2022, writing evocative relatable songs about her life.   Samsara was nominated for a music award, her EP charted in Germany, two singles charted in Germany and Finland, she won radio contests in the U.K. & Sweden, and has been played on radio stations all over the world. Samsara began singing with her Dad as a small child. She moved to Ireland at 11 and fronted her first cover band at 15. At 20, she moved to the US with $200 and a backpack full of hopes and dreams. She’s been in the US ever since and her musical journey continues.
