I am a healthcare executive completing a dual degree, Master of Public Health / Doctor of Health Sciences, focused on raising awareness about behavioral health, specifically among teens and college students. My dissertation research is focused on raising up the voice of college students beginning with communities of color. I am committed to helping people connect to their purpose in collaboration with mission-aligned leaders. Together we will achieve great things!

Our project is a first step in raising awareness about a national health epidemic. All proceeds are reinvested directly into proactive strategies for improving behavioral health among youth, teens, and young adults in collaboration with community partners.

Our youth, teens, and young adults are reporting the highest levels of loneliness on record according to the U.S. Surgeon General. Our work is going to help change that through simple actions that bring people together for the common good, focused on lifting people up, and creating stronger in person connections.

She stepped through what used to be a door, careful not to drag her pack across the broken tile. Light filtered in through the collapsed ceiling, catching dust in the air like falling ash. 

Behind the counter, she found two cans of peaches under a rusted sink. The labels were faded but intact. She shook one gently. It was still full. There was no hiss. There was no rot. 

She placed one can beside him, the other in her lap. They hadn’t eaten yet. Outside, wind moved through broken buildings like someone trying to remember a song. But for a moment, the world felt still.

I don't know why

I think, therefor I am
A little insight of me, growing up I have always loved music, love songs were my go to, bit of a romantic I guess, in time i learned to play really basic keyboard and followed by the electronic age, fell in love with rhythm thus ended up with a set of drums of which I haven't played in some time, as technology came to pass I started playing with PC studio mixing desks, lets jump 15 years to today and now we have AI, before you throw all your toys out of the cot because of AI for me it has enable me to create the sounds I love, the message and the feel, there are a few listeners whom are adamant that AI is bad, then if that's the case then throw away your phone, PC, TV or maybe you or a loved one in hospital etc, nearly basically anything electronic, so please don't  condemn me for creating my music, most of what I try to make pallet able music  to the ear, there are some crazy stuff but it just me experimenting, all in all I just got tired of listening to the radio and decided to create me own, I thank you to all my listeners and followers, lov ya all.
