So when I first heard this  song in my head, I imagined this as some kind of Two-Tone Genre.
But when Phil and I began writing this, we tried a soul song and then tried to make it "modern".  It ended up sounding like a child of the 80s.
My friend say "Pet Shop Boys" so I'm resigned to wearing a traffic cone on my head.

I first started writing this song in my 20s... many years ago.
I never completed the lyrics song, until recently. Thanks to Phil Williams yet again, who helped me complete the song, and has made the song much better than I had ever imagined. He has also been really keen to develop his production skills too and develop his understanding of the whole process. I think he is doing an amazing job. This represents days/ hours of work for him, THANK YOU PHIL...I've also made a great friend along the way :)
As I returned to the song, I realized that I began writing the song about my two sons who are both on the Autistic spectrum. I must admit that I was in a dark place when I wrote this. They are in fact both inspiring in their own ways and I think that they have made me a better person.

LEFT HOLDING THE BABY - ReMIX

Phil and I wrote this track a couple of years ago, but never completed. We have thought about going back to it, but have been side tracked by life and trying to write a House Song, which is not as easy as I thought.
I have written some new lyrics for it, because I thought the chorus was a bit dark. If anybody has the time would love to try and collaborate and finish it.
As it stands, we only did one vocal track, but I'm posting it because is December. and it has a Xmas feel, so please listen if you have time.

THE MAN IN THE MOON SHEDS A TEAR - FIRST VERSION

This is the first song that Phil and I collaborated on in a year. I told Phil that I had a half written Acid House Jazz song and he thought that he  could fuse it with an element from his hero, Jean Michel Jarre ..... and this it it.
The song is pretty abstract but it’s about the Dreams of people who have inspired me....and many others. In some cases they were locked up or paid the ultimate sacrifice for their beliefs; The Luther-Kings, Mandelas, Gandhis, Lincolns and Lennons of our past. I think we really need some in the present. The sparse lyrics are peppered with some of their key words or phrases.
It’s about dreams so Phil has added a dream sequence.
