The Heart Machine, taken from from Fritz Lang's 1927 sci-fi masterpiece Metropolis, originated in February, 2010. Original music is the focus of this local Sarasota, Fl. band, playing catchy, lyrical indie rock in the Sarasota area and beyond. Formed by singer/songwriter Michael Miller, the three piece rock band is enjoying local success as the band continues to evolve and expand their fan base.

Blacksburg's up-and-coming bluzfunk trio will be introducing its "saxy" side with the addition of its fourth member. Fresh off a promising 2013, N.A.R.P has locked in jam packed year expanding their sound into West Virginia, North Carolina, and the surrounding areas. The colliding musical styles of Paul Humm (Bass/vocals), Kevin Petersen (Guitar), Ian Clemons (Sex/vocals), and Dan Linden (Drums/vocals) creates a tastefully turbulent ride through galloping bass riffs, shredding guitar solos, jam-heavy drums, and jazzy-saxophunking that keep you wanting more. With spots on Camp Barefoot, Pink Moon, Rock the Blocks and others, 2014 is shaping up to blast 2013 out of the water.
