N.W.A was started by two friends together who were the gangsta-rap pioneers. They worked together for their entire lives until Eazy-E died in the year 1995. Now their sons are coming together to work on an album.  The same is seen as a tribute to their legendary roots. 

Be on the lookout for the new full album release in March as well as a ground breaking new style of music called Gangster House which is a huge movement now in EDM and Serious Pimp Records is in the front line with the original gangster rap stars Snoop Dogg, and Warren G. History repeats itself and the original artists that created gangster rap will come full circle and create Gangster House Music.  while recently teaming up with some of the most credible names in the Electronic Dance Music world .. this project ... their sound ..  will be the next huge wave in the world of EDM. 

Gangster House is taking over this year!  2014 you can catch them at Coachella, EDC, and Tomorrowland (just to name a few!)

I have from day one  “ in the beginning , when house was house “ been connected deeply to the sounds of EDM . My first introduction to this music was MARS “ Rabbit N The Moon . First time I ate a “bean” I was so scared about what was to come as I like to have control 😂😂 I left on my own over the cocoa bridge !  Amazing ! The one thing or rather sound I’ll never forget was the “beat(s) the newness of this spectacular new sound that made sense in my head . I could hear every beat , when the next mix met !  I got so obsessed with paying attention to when the next mix would come in , maybe I forgot how to connect because that was my focus  it drove me . And when I nailed it ( or at least I felt like I did 😂😂 in my own complicated mind) I moved on to the next mix to the next - mind you I still do this and always have pipe dreams of learning and being taught the schematics of mixing  but alas I bought the DJPioneer 2100  and I realized I might be missing a key element ,  fear  or thinking that my love for how I listen to it or go into my own space bubble would take the LOVE I have for this music and the feeling , love and joy would be gone .  I believe it is the latter ! I am no DJ - there’s more to it thank two  Amazon bought mixing board and a USB with 1700 tracks on it that makes a DJ . I have MAD respect for the ones that have that EAR that total BEAT in their hearts to share this music with us !! Thank you ❤️

Sandra Collins exploded out of the California rave scene in the 90’s.  Born in Arizona but with roots in  Las Vegas, her appetite for dance music & it’s culture, drew her to the heartbeat of Los Angeles. She started DJ’ing in the early 90’s, which led to an A&R job at the LA office of EyeQ/Harthouse, the German record company co-founded by the dance music pioneer, Sven Vath.  Her production career began in 1998 with releases on LA’s Fragrant Music and the UK’s Hook Recordings. The early 2000’s saw several releases via compilations, singles , EP’s and remixes on labels such as Kinetic, Perfecto and Interscope for artists including Nine Inch Nails and Fleet Foxes.  Between her releases and relentless touring schedule, Sandra received numerous awards, including URB Magazine Best female Artist in 1999 and UK’s Dancestar Best DJ in 2003.
 
Sandra held residencies at the legendary Twilo in NYC and also at Chicago’s Crobar.  She had the honor of being one of Coachella’s inaugural DJs, playing the influential festival three times, and performed at Woodstock ‘99,  Ultra Music Festival, Global Gathering, Electric Daisy Carnival (now known as EDC), Creamfields and Burning Man, to name a few.
 
Over the years, her musical style has expanded. Her sets now include deep, progressive, melodic and tech house, following along the lines of her current productions.  Sandra pushes herself out of her comfort zone and enters a more confident and creative stage in her career, including performing vocals on her recent releases. She has been a guest DJ on several radio shows and has been feverishly working in the studio, creating an arsenal of productions with DC based production partner Micke. Sandra has a radio show of her own in the works and is inspired to score for the silver screen, while still making dance music and bringing it personally to her fans on the dancefloor on her upcoming Back2Black tour starting in December 2018. This will coincide with her next release “Four” on Perfecto Black, due out end of November.
