Stress = data ≠ identity is a concept album for people who feel overstimulated, over-identified, and quietly exhausted by modern life.

Across twelve tracks, the album explores a simple but powerful shift:
what happens when you stop treating stress as who you are — and start treating it as information passing through you.

As you listen, you’re invited to notice:

how quickly sensation turns into story

how survival responses learned long ago still run in the background

how naming what’s happening, without blaming yourself, creates space

how observation can interrupt spirals without suppressing feeling

This isn’t a record about calming down or fixing yourself.
It’s about regaining choice — staying present long enough for stress to become readable, temporary, and less personal.

By the end, nothing is “resolved.”
But something important has changed:
you’re no longer fused with every signal your body sends.

This album matters because we live in systems designed to keep us reactive — always interpreting, always identifying, always escalating.
Stress is data not identity offers another mode: slower, clearer, more humane.

Not transcendence.
Just room to breathe — and remain yourself.

Paris, its festive history, its traditions, its excesses! Ambivalence, the cohabitation of his worlds. On the terraces, underground, cellars, clubs, catacombs. Schizophrenia party-girl, alcoholic, the drunkenness of the depths that always comes out in the open. The Clandestine Brewery, an album meeting. Ceremony gathering 23 artists performing a sonic mutation, thus becoming artisans, alchemists. Transforming in their turn the dancers, spectators in abyssal creatures, consuming with expertise, the nectar sound pouring on them and being instilled in their body.


Paris, son histoire festive, ses traditions, ses excès ! L’ambivalence, la cohabitation de ses mondes. En surface sur les terrasses, sous terre, dans ses caves, ses clubs, les catacombes. Schizophrénie fêtarde, alcoolique, l’ivresse des profondeurs qui ressort toujours au grand jour. La Brasserie Clandestine, un album réunion. Cérémonie rassemblant 22 artistes opérant une mutation sonique, devenant ainsi artisans, alchimistes. Transformant à leur tour les danseurs, spectateurs en créatures abyssales, consommant avec expertise, le nectar sonore se déversant sur eux et s’instillant dans leur corps.

Je devais vous proposer un p'tit set Disco House ce samedi au meilleur bar de Quimperlé, Le Brizeux.

Confinement oblige, vous pourrez en écouter une partie de chez vous, ça sera beaucoup moins marrant c'est sûr, mais j'espère que ça vous donnera encore plus envie de venir faire la fête avec AMICIS après cette période !
