The origins of the track 'Flirt' begin with a jam session before a Reproduce Listening Room Session in Kolkata. Angana Ghosh, a Kolkata based singer and The Mellow Turtle aka Rishabh Lohia from Ranchi, began jamming and eventually the track ended up being part of Angana's set. After the performance, they both along with Tre Ess and National Animal developed the set further and did a 3 city tour, culminating with a performance in Ranchi. In Ranchi, Angana and The Mellow Turtle continued jamming and recorded 'Flirt' with Tre Ess producing the track. Once completed, Mellow found out that the lyrics were about Angana flirting with him and hence named it 'Flirt'.
