In the Beginning of Summer, wind carries Zen, light weaves illusion, and everything resonates.

寒旭Hanxuhaux uses oriental aesthetics as ink, and mesmerizing pulses and profound rhythms as brush, to sketch the conceptual EP on the xuan paper of Downtempo.

The EP's essence transcends temporal constraints. The desolate breath of shakuhachi decomposes into digital particles. The trembling silk strings of guqin get reinterpreted through modular synthesizers as signals from light-years away. The ancient sound of China is no longer a museum specimen, but a wormhole leading to uncharted sonic dimensions.

Sangeet is an adventurous and multitalented musician who has experience as Dj and producer for more then 30 years. With his groovy spiritual & multi cultural vibes, his sound fills as many dimensions as his colorful soul itself. Since 2017 Sangeets home is the global downtempo family, releasing his magic on labels like Lump Records, Deep Bali Records, Bercana Music, Shango Records, Pipe & Pochet and Art Vibes Music.

40 years djing:
In 1985, Sangeet began his DJ career at Zorba The Buddha in Stuttgart. Around the same time, he moved to Berlin, where he started organising private parties. In 1987, he made his first visit to Goa.

Bringing back a wealth of music to Berlin, he became increasingly involved in organising parties and began his first collaborative music productions. From the early ’90s on, he was an integral part of festivals like VooV and Antaris Project, where he frequently worked as a stage manager while also performing his signature groovy and melodic sets, spreading joy on the dance floor.

In the early 2000s, his musical style evolved from Psytrance towards Progressive Trance, later transitioning into House and Techno. In 2016, he discovered a passion for Downtempo music, and by 2017, his first releases had dropped. Since then, Sangeet has been refining his love for a deep, trippy blend of house and downtempo sounds, consistently releasing new music.

He also held a ten-year residency at KitKatClub, performing there until 2020.
